5G capex spends, analysts said. Analysts expect the recent headline tariff hike to give Mukesh Ambani-led Jio's stagnant ARPU (average revenue per user) a much needed boost in coming quarters.
IIFL Securities estimates Jio's blended ARPU (from mobile and wired broadband services) is slated to rise to Rs 201/Rs 224/Rs 259 by FY25/26/27 respectively from Rs 181.7 in Q1FY25.
«Jio's 5G subs growth is healthy.
Key to watch is Jio's revenue growth over the next three quarters to ascertain revenue translation from tariff increase and the impact of SIM consolidation,» ICICI Securities said in a note.
