Detective Renée Ballard as she solves cold cases with a small team with meagre funding and is all set to be a must-watch for all crime drama enthusiasts.
Four series regulars are chosen to be cast in the new Bosch spinoff series, which revolves around Renée Ballard. They join Maggie Q, Courtney Taylor, and John Carroll Lynch. Michael Mosley (Ozark), Rebecca Field (A Star is Born), Victoria Moroles (Teen Wolf), and Amy Hill (Magnum P.I.).
Michael Mosley will be playing Ted Rawls, a bookish officer assigned to watch Ballard and to work on cold cases. In all likelihood, Mosley’s character will bring scepticism and grudging cooperation to the group.
Cassie is played by Rebecca Field and this comical volunteer is so convinced that her instincts are capable of solving the most bewildering cases. Her character looks as though she is going to add much-needed quirk and energy to the group.
Martina Castro is a smart, hardworking legal intern ready to demonstrate her talent in the TV series, Victoria Moroles will portray the role. Expect her persona to be humorous and filled with the perseverance required to deliver the services.
Completing the list of the main characters, one can mention Amy Hill as a rather smart and cheerful Tutu, the main female character, who is Ballard’s grandmother. Hill’s persona is going to humanize the show.
The Renée Ballard spinoff in the «Bosch» universe is undoubtedly made to be yet another hit owing to its intriguing plot and exceptionally good cast.
