Donald Trump has revealed that he had spoken to Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu where they had a discussion over call regarding the conflicts in the Middle East, reported Slate. Donald Trump asserted that Benjamin Netanyahu eventually ignored US President Joe Biden’s warnings regarding the troop movements in Rafah of Gaza which led to the death of Yahya Sinwar, infamous Hamas leader, as per a report.
Former US President Donald Trump also added that Benjamin Netanyahu asked for his advice that how should Israel respond to missile attacks coming from Iran, following which Donald Trump suggested Benjamin Netanyahu to do whatever is needed to be done, reported Slate.

This recent revelation from Donald Trump raises some genuine concerns about his actions which potentially constitute a violation of the Logan Act. Slate noted that Logan Act totally prohibits unauthorized communication between the private citizens and the foreign governments regarding disputes with the US, though, it has been very rarely imposed while the act aims to protect the President’s role as the sole representative of US in foreign affairs.
