Carrie Underwood, the American Idol alum turned country superstar, will perform just before Trump takes the oath of office at the U.S. Capitol on January 20. Known for her powerhouse vocals and all-American charm, Underwood expressed her excitement. “I love our country, and I’m humbled to play a small role in this historic moment. Now is the time to come together and look to the future with unity,” she told AP.
Meanwhile, the Village People, those iconic disco kings of the 1970s, are ready to get the nation on its feet.
