Satej Gohel, a dedicated fitness consultant, revealed that Niraj achieved his weight loss goals by sticking to a straightforward regimen. “No gym, No fancy food. Initially, incorporating 10,000 steps daily into Niraj’s hectic schedule was a challenge. However, Niraj gradually made it a part of his daily routine.
Gohel shared that Niraj was initially hesitant about going to the gym due to his lack of experience and busy schedule. To accommodate this, Gohel developed a home-based workout plan using a pair of dumbbells. “We began with home-based workouts using a pair of dumbbells,” Gohel said. Over ten months, Niraj's weight dropped from 91.9 kg to 68.7 kg. His diet comprised vegetarian protein sources like paneer, soya chunks, whey, and dal, with a significant reduction in sugar intake.
Gohel, who is associated with PFC Club, a group of certified fitness experts, emphasized the importance of consistent support in Niraj’s journey. “Our weekly check-in calls kept him motivated and on track,” he wrote on X. Niraj has now entered the maintenance phase, continuing to enjoy his favorite foods while remaining dedicated to his workouts and daily activities. “This is his new way of life,” Gohel added.
