Meek was an able young performer as well as actor on the NBC drama Found, provided voice-OVER work on commercials and video games, and was a student at Vestavia Hills High School. But apart from his acting, he was characterized as a sure, clever and zealously convinced man. He liked playing football, playing outdoors and he can boast of viewing all the 50 U.S. states.

Meek's death has been received with great pain by his family, friends, and neighborhood. A Facebook heartfelt post from his mom Lani Wells Meek stated, “He lived only 16 years on earth, but he achieved so much and made a lot of difference in the lives of those he touched, and asked them to pray while grieving.
Hudson Meek's obituary highlighted his generous spirit, noting that he was an organ donor. His family finds solace in knowing that his legacy will live on through the lives he will continue to help.
