Arnab Ganguly: Super App is complex with the kind of journeys we have, and the variety of products and services we offer.
We intended to have one platform that would help us generate value over a period of time. Not just one year, two years, but over quite a few years. We realised we'd need to have the best solution in place to track user journeys, understand their pain points, and create a seamless experience for our users.
