The incident reportedly occurred during the filming of La Roux’s In for the Kill music video in 2010 at the Chelsea Hotel in New York City.
According to court documents, An, who was hired as a background model, claims West specifically selected her, allegedly saying, “Give me the Asian girl.”
She stated she was wearing revealing lingerie at the time and expressed discomfort, to which West reportedly replied, “That’s why I chose you”, as quoted in a report by The Wrap.
