If the Browns are to trade Myles Garrett before June 1, this would mean $36.2 million in dead money on the books with a $16.5 million salary cap charge, reports Spotrac. And if the Browns wait till the start of June, the dead money would be spread across 2025 ($14.8 million) and 2026 ($21.5 million).

Myles Garrett spent no time becoming the face of the franchise since he joined Cleveland in 2016. Despite having only seven sacks in his rookie season which was shortened by an injury, Garrett has collected 10+ in all the seasons ever since.
