She will report to Fabrice Chemouny, head of international distribution, and David Giunta, CEO for the US.
Her appointment follows the departure of the firm's global head of sustainable investment, Nathalie Wallace, who joined Edmond de Rothschild this week after a two-year stint at Natixis.
Kaliszewski joined Natixis in 2020 as head of sustainable investment solutions. Prior to that, she held roles in sustainable and impact investing, portfolio management, credit, risk and risk with firms including Moody's, BlueOrchard, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan.
She also worked at international development organisations such as the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation.
