Rothwell has worked in the investment industry for over 25 years, including a stint at Edmond de Rothschild, where he was head of private merchant banking. At Sarasin & Partners, he focuses on the growth and development of Sarasin's private client business, as well as the management of strategic relationships.

Fishbourne joined the company in 2004 and is currently an investment manager focused on private client portfolios. He previously worked as a manager for five years at HBSC Asset Management.
Wood joined in 1998 and is responsible for the management of UK and international private client portfolios, on behalf of Sarasin & Partners and Sarasin Asset Management, a subsidiary of Sarasin & Partners, which solely manages portfolios for US investors.
His colleague Bruce joined in 2013 and manages segregated international private client portfolios.
From the charities side, True, who joined in 2014, is a member of the Sarasin & Partners Stewardship Steering Committee and is primarily responsible for the management of charity portfolios.
