Josiah Lippincott recently shared a picture of Vice President JD Vance and his wife, Usha, and wrote that he only harboured an animus for fresh-of-the-boat Indians who arrived in the US from India, not patriotic Indian-Americans such as Usha.

“When Zoomers say they don't like Indians, what they mean is that they don't want to import Ranjesh and his «Master's» in Computer Science from IIT to take white collar jobs at low wages. They aren't insulting Certified Subcontinental Cutie and American Patriot Usha Vance,” he wrote.
Indian users did not take his comments against Indians, especially against IIT graduates, well. Many schooled Lippincott over his less than remarkable academic credentials. “Getting a Master’s in Computer Science from IIT is impressive Much more impressive than Josiah’s BA in Politics from Hillsdale College,” quipped one user, referring to his educational background.

Another user implied that Josiah would not be able to handle the rigorous curriculum of IIT. “Josiah couldn't last one semester at IIT." read the comment.
Other users pointed out that Usha’s father had been an alumnus of IIT. For the unversed, Usha’s father, Krish Chilukuri, was a graduate of IIT Madras and a professor at San Diego State University. Josiah replied that he must have been one of the “lucky ones.”
Vance recently received backlash when he backed the reinstatement of Mark Elez, a former member of Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Elez was sacked
