Realside hires hotshot dealmaker Miki Cvijetic

Private investment firm Realside Financial Group has picked up Boab Capital Group’s gun dealmaker Miki Cvijetic to join its structured private credit business.
Miki Cvijetic is now an investment director at Realside Financial Group. Flavio Brancaleone
Cvijetic had been at Boab for almost nine years and was heavily involved in establishing Auriga Group – a provider of aviation, marine and pilotage services.
He cut his teethin dealmaking at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets in 2010 and has had stints at KordaMentha and Barclays Investment Bank.
At Realside, Cvijetic will focus on special situations and opportunistic credit investments.
