Reports say explosive clashes taking place in Harris team, members angry over pervasive lack of transparency over finances and analytics
Harris' campaign broke records and shot through roofs for the speed in which they were able to garner over a billion dollars in donations to fund her Presidential run. Yet, even after more than a week that she conceded defeat to Donald Trump, her campaign is still asking for funds from commoners through text messages and emails.
The messages are reportedly claiming that a number of key electoral fights are still in the process of counting, or are too close to call, for which they would require money. These messages might not stop soon, until all races are officially called.
The Harris campaign has said that all proceeds will go the Democratic National Committee, who are being made to spend a lot of money to assist electoral efforts.
The Harris campaign is already in debt after their electoral debacle. Democratic functionaries have blamed eccentric payments for celebrity endorsements and free music concerts for their cash dearth. Her competitor and President-elect Donald Trump offered to pay off that debt through leftover money from his campaign, which amounted to a third of what Harris raised.
