As per the reports of New York Post, a Delta passenger flying in first class shared on Reddit that another passenger had an ‘Poop accident” in the restroom during the flight, causing a bad smell throughout the cabin. Other passengers wanted the flight attendant to clean it up, but the man intervened and told her it wasn't her job.

He complimented her on her handling of the situation. The flight attendant thanked him and gave him extra miles for his understanding. The man also informed Delta management about the flight attendant's professionalism.
Then, as he was leaving the aircraft, he tweeted a picture of a note he said the appreciative flight attendant had given him.
The flight attendant apologised for the unpleasant first-class experience, thanked the passenger for their understanding, and credited their account with extra miles. She even added a playful note.
The man stated that he informed management of her doing a great job in a stressful situation, when he followed up with them following his flight.
