Social media users were taken aback by Vice President Kamala Harris' first video address to her supporters following the election on Tuesday.
In the video, which was posted by the official X account of the Democratic Party, Harris addressed supporters who were disheartened by the most recent election.
She must remind you to never allow anyone to take away your authority. You still have the same purpose and the same amount of power as before November 5. You possess the same capacity to inspire and engage. Therefore, never allow anyone or any situation to take away your power, Harris advised.
Following Harris' appearance in the video, many X users expressed surprise that it was made public and commented that there seemed to be something off with the vice president.
