GE Vernova T&D India Ltd.(up 3.66%), Karma Energy Ltd.(up 3.25%), SJVN Ltd.(up 2.65%), Torrent Power Ltd.(up 2.47%), CESC Ltd.(up 1.87%), Ravindra Energy Ltd.(up 1.79%), Indo Tech Transformers Ltd.(up 1.42%), Tata Power Company Ltd.(up 1.09%), NHPC Ltd.(up 0.91%) and Energy Development Company Ltd.(up 0.81%) stood among the top gainers.

KPI Green Energy Ltd.(down 5.00%), Inox Wind Ltd.(down 4.36%), Hitachi Energy India Ltd.(down 2.39%), PTC India Ltd.(down 2.18%), Power and Instrumentation(Gujarat)Ltd.(down 2.01%), KEC International Ltd.(down 1.69%), Transformers & Rectifiers(India)Ltd.(down 1.68%), Inox Wind Energy Ltd.(down 1.61%), ACME Solar Holdings Ltd.(down 1.52%) and Indowind Energy Ltd.(down 1.51%) were among the top losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 50.0 points at 23205.35, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed up 115.39 points at 76520.38.
UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 6.8%), Grasim Industries Ltd.(up 3.06%), Wipro Ltd.(up 2.79%), Shriram Finance Ltd.(up 2.15%), Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 2.13%), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 2.13%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 1.93%), Trent Ltd.(up 1.91%), Coal India Ltd.(up 1.75%) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.75%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
