Comic-Con's Hall H transformed into Gotham City during DC’s «The Penguin» panel. Colin Farrell joined the event via Zoom. Director Matt Reeves, co-stars Cristin Milioti and Rhenzy Feliz, and makeup designer Mike Marino accompanied him.
The latest trailer displays Penguin's violent climb to power. Farrell's character uses guns and knives to dominate Gotham's crime-filled streets. He is seen shooting at cars and managing drug flow in his club, Iceberg Lounge. Sofia Falcone, played by Milioti, leaves Arkham Asylum to challenge Penguin for control of the city.
«The Penguin» premieres on HBO on September 19 and spans eight episodes. The series continues from where «The Batman» left off, focusing on Penguin's rise in Gotham's criminal world. Farrell reprises his role from «The Batman,» continuing his acclaimed portrayal of the villain.
