Directed by Phil Johnston, 'The Twits' will see a rollercoaster journey around The Twit family. The film has been planned for development for as long as 21 years, but never got the ultimate green light. When Netflix acquired the Roald Dahl company back in April, 2022, the picture around the film's development became quite clear and it was announced that the premium streaming platform will now be taking over and launching it in the near future.

Based on current details available on the upcoming movie, it will revolve around the very mischievous Mr. and Mrs. Twit who own and run a rather terrible amusement park, Twitlandia, and face off against some brave heroes.
