According to local media, the burglar stayed there for so long that the homeowner, 71, woke up and found him flipping through the pages. The thief attempted to flee by sliding down the same balcony. However, he was soon arrested after being obstructed by his neighbours.

It is suspected that the burglar stole the expensive clothing from another house earlier that evening, as police discovered him carrying a bag full of it.
