COP hosts set to increase combined oil and gas production by 33% by 2035, says report
Azerbaijan, the UAE, and Brazil — the past, current, and next hosts of the UN climate conference — are set to increase their combined oil and gas production by 33 per cent by 2035, contradicting their commitments to lead global efforts for stronger climate action, according to a new analysis. The analysis, compiled by the US-based research and advocacy group Oil Change International using industry data, shows that the UAE and Brazil are on track to increase production by 37 per cent and 38 per cent, respectively, by 2035. Azerbaijan, which will host COP29 in Baku in November, is projected to see a four per cent rise in production. At the last UN climate summit in Dubai in November-December 2023, leaders made a historic commitment to transition away from fossil fuels, triple renewable energy capacity and double energy efficiency by 2030. Oil Change International said that the ongoing expansion of oil and gas investments undermines these commitments.

Fans closely track Aishwarya Rai's ring finger amid divorce speculations
Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s marriage status have been the subject of speculation lately. Rumours of a rift between the couple have been rife, as both have been seen at various events sans their wedding ring. However, the ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ star has put the rumours to rest (for now), as she appeared wearing her ring in Paris. The diva is all set to grace the fashion runway at the Paris Fashion Week this year. The actress has arrived at the venue with her beloved daughter, Aaradhya Bachchan. She dazzled in a vibrant, multi-colored long coat, looking as stunning as always while walking beside her daughter. Aaradhya, meanwhile, opted for a casual yet graceful look, wearing a pink shirt paired with jeans. One of Aishwarya’s fan clubs posted the videos capturing their appearance on Instagram. Earlier, the ‘Devdas’ actress raised eyebrows as she arrived for an event in Dubai without her wedding ring. Rumors regarding Aishwarya Rai's marriage to Abhishek Bachchan have been circulating, particularly after Abhishek attended an event without wearing his wedding ring. In a video shared on Instagram, Aishwarya received a warm reception from the event organizers, and a fan handed her a bouquet of flowers. As she made her way to her room, holding her daughter Aaradhya close by, Aishwarya appeared striking in a black outfit. However, it was evident that she, too, wasn’t wearing her wedding ring.

Aishwarya Rai spotted in Dubai: Fans ask ‘where is wedding ring’?
Aishwarya Rai has been spotted in Dubai airport sans her wedding ring once more, triggering separation rumours again. The actress was in Dubai recently to attend the South Indian International Movie Awards (SIIMA). Speculations about her marriage with Abhishek Bachchan have been rife ever since Bachchan appeared at an event without his wedding ring. In an Instagram video, Aishwarya was warmly welcomed by the event organizers, and a fan presented her with flowers. As she walked to her room, holding her daughter Aaradhya close, Aishwarya looked stunning in black, though it was noticeable that she wasn’t wearing her wedding ring. For some time now, Aishwarya has been the subject of divorce rumors. The actress, who has been married to Abhishek Bachchan for over 17 years, sparked separation rumors when she attended a red carpet-event in July without Abhishek by her side. Earlier this year, both Aishwarya and Abhishek were present at the Ambani wedding, but they arrived separately. Although they reunited inside the wedding hall, Aishwarya soon went on a solo vacation after the wedding, fueling more speculation. Adding to the rumors, Abhishek «liked» a social media post about divorce, intensifying the gossip.

How to buy a 3-bedroom apartment at 2 BHK prices: Secrets of stressed properties
property prices can jump beyond your estimates during the auctioning process, especially if there is interest from multiple parties. Since the auctioneer will demand the entire bid amount within 2 to 3 weeks of locking the deal, you are perforce required to set aside adequate funds for the auction purchase. Generally, loan funds will be hard to come by at the time of purchase; however, a loan against the property (LAP) can be availed once the transfer of property in your name is duly concluded. Failure to pay the entire purchase price may lead to a substantial forfeiture i.e.
