Sheikh Hasina’s extradition conundrum: What are India’s options?
Bangladesh must strive to keep its success story going While Bangladesh is yet to make a formal request, and India’s external affairs ministry has dismissed it as hypothetical, the issue still calls for strategic thinking in the diplomatic and foreign policy establishment. Mission remains to ensure voice of love heard in every corner of country: Rahul Gandhi on Bharat Jodo Yatra anniversary
Rahul Gandhi on Saturday said the yatra proved that Indians were inherently loving people and «today our mission remains to ensure that the voice of love is heard in every corner of the country». «The Bharat Jodo Yatra taught me the beauty of silence. In the midst of cheering crowds and slogans, I discovered the power to tune out the noise and focus entirely on the person next to me — to truly listen,» Gandhi said in a post on X. «In those 145 days, and the two years since, I've listened to thousands of Indians from diverse backgrounds. Each voice has carried wisdom, teaching me something new, and each has represented our beloved Bharat Mata,» the former Congress chief said. The yatra proved that Indians are inherently loving people, he said.

I said Congress is behind wrestler's protest when it started: Brij Bhushan on Bajrang, Vinesh joining party
Vinesh Phogat and Bajrang Punia joined the Congress party, former Wrestling Federation of India president and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said this development proves that the entire wrestlers' movement was a «conspiracy» against him and the Congress party was behind it. Speaking to on Saturday, Brij Bhushan said that just when the wrestler's protest started at Jantar Mantar in January last year, he had claimed that it was not a movement of sportspersons and Congress was behind it, led by Bhupinder Hooda. «On 18th January 2023, when the protest started at Jantar Mantar, I said that this is not a movement of sportspersons, Congress is behind it. Especially Bhupinder Hooda, Deepender Hooda, Priyanka ji, and Rahul ji. This is a movement of Congress. And today this thing has been proved. In this entire movement, the conspiracy that happened against us, Congress was involved in it and Bhupinder Hooda was leading it,» he said.

Powering India's economic ambitions: How logistics holds the key to $5 trillion future
India is projected to become a USD $5 trillion economy by 2047. This growth is expected to be driven by a few major factors, key amongst which is a stronger, more robust, streamlined, organised, and efficient logistics and transport infrastructure. The recently announced Union Budget and the broader Amrit Kaal 2047 vision — the government’s active effort to make India an export-led, aatmanirbhar economy — all seek to lay a strong foundation for an organised logistics sector in India. Why? Because the logistics sector, one way or another, will be a significant economic driver for the country in coming years. Consider this: India’s current contribution to global exports stands below 2%. By undertaking strategic capacity building for the logistics sector, the government can, not just boost the economy in the short and medium terms but also supercharge long-term development and economic activity with a massive headroom for growth. Increasing the country’s participation in international value chains through a more organised logistics sector has, therefore, emerged as a clear policy priority — and key players in the space can contribute significantly to this nation building project.
