Tamil Nadu train crash: Joint probe shows train might have derailed at intersection, does not hint sabotage
Chennai last week, prepared by seven senior railway officials, suggests the train might have derailed at the intersection point. Another report of a three-member committee of senior railway officials had earlier raised the apprehension of sabotage after finding some loosened or opened parts during site inspection. However, the contents of the joint note, prepared soon after the accident, do not mention any sabotage angle. A railway spokesperson said the joint report cannot conclusively tell the reasons of the accident but it can be one of the inputs for the Commissioner of Railway Safety to prepare the final investigation report.

What "The Intern" can teach us about good career practices
The Intern”. And what a find it was. The movie was completely different from what I was expecting. Contrary to what its name suggests, it’s not about a 20-year-something student joining an internship programme. Instead, it is about a 70-year-old joining an internship under a millennial founder and how these two absolutely different individuals help each other experience growth. In fact, the movie had numerous valuable career lessons. Here are some notable ones that you might want to check out:

India in trouble at 34-6 on 2nd day of rain-affected 1st test against New Zealand
New Zealand fast bowler Tim Southee clean-bowled India captain Rohit Sharma, star Virat Kohli was out for a duck as were three other Indian batters and the troubled home side was 34-6 at lunch on the second day of the rain-affected opening cricket test Thursday. Sharma, who won the toss and decided to bat, was out for 2 in the seventh over and Kohli, caught by Glenn Phillips off the bowling of William O'Rourke — who took 3-13 — was out two overs later without adding to India's then-total of nine runs. Sarfaraz Khan also left the field without scoring in the next over with India 10-3 and leaving Sharma possibly questioning his decision to bat first. In between the toss and the start of play, the skies darkened and lights had to be turned on before play could begin at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
