The firm, Cyble, claimed that the malware coined Antidote, displays fake Google Play update pages on your Android device in various languages and when you follow the steps in these pages, it ends up stealing all your data, including any financial ones you may have stored on your phone.

According to reports, it impersonates the Google Play Store, which is the default application downloading app on Android-supported devices. Once you download its APK file format and run it on your phone, it starts looking through your phone data and steals it by routing it through different channels and sending it to the scammer.
