Google is rolling out an experimental feature called 'Notes' that allows users in the United States and India to leave and read personal annotations on search results and web pages.

Tapping on 'Notes' reveals what others have said about a particular web page, while selecting 'Add note' allows users to share their personal opinions about the search result.
