Kamala Harris has being receiving great response from donors, raising nearly $500m in half a month since becoming the Presidential candidate, an amount any Presidential hopeful would see as a major step towards a victory. The donations, campaigns and of course, Harris' compassion and energy going into these polls are primary reasons why her approval ratings are increasing by the day, with some poll surveys already placing her ahead of Trump at the national level, although by some slight margins.

Some surveys are even reporting that Harris is now at loggerheads in the 7 key swing states in the United States, which was earlier majorly going to Trump, when Biden was running for the hotseat.
Why are these donations important?
The hefty amounts collected from the donors go for extensive and targeted advertising in various regions where the going is tough for the Democrats. Campaign strategies become a lot more easier and flashy when candidates are able to raise nearly half a billion in less than a month.
Moreover, these money volumes also speak publicly in terms of popularity, which is basically the US polls are all about.
