Harris received advice from former Obama advisor David Axelrod on what he thinks will be the secret to beating out former President Donald Trump in their upcoming ABC News presidential debate on September 10. On Tuesday's episode of CNN's OutFront program, Axelrod told Erin Burnett that Harris' best course of action would be to jiu-jitsu Trump.
Axelrod advised Democratic candidate Harris that the best strategy would be to use his negative energy against him. Harris is running against a Republican. He believes that the majority of Americans are not inclined to support Donald Trump. Trump doesn't have a lot of popularity. In a video that Raw Story posted online, Axelrod went on to remark that a lot of it has to do with his behaviour. Thus, he would let him act out. He would just converse with the nation, and he would be prepared with a few lighthearted asides and jabs, but his main audience would be the people in the nation who are interested in learning more about Kamala Harris and her leadership because they are trying to find a substitute for Donald Trump.
