Another, however, chided the professor that the number of hours has nothing to do with the pay scale. “ One who never generated any revenue will always have such a flawed mindset. Hours = Pay is a sarkari mindset. Companies will happily reward those whose work hours translate into higher revenue. Blanket rule will turn companies sarkari & destroy it. Run a startup & you will get it!” wrote another.
