Q) Thanks for being part of the segment. How do you keep yourself mentally and physically fit?
A) Look, I've had various hacks over the years, I used to be a national-level table tennis player during my college and school days. That's a passion, which has never left me.
Although I did take a break in between for a few years where I didn't play, but it’s been 12-13 years that I have got back. I do enjoy a game of table tennis every weekend.
Saturday, and Sunday, is normally reserved for table tennis, we play a couple of hours. So that obviously is very, refreshing, because it helps me connect back with the sport, which I love very much.
Other than that, I try and get some physical activity for about 30 to 45 minutes, whether it's a walk around the locality where I stay, or if I'm traveling, then wherever I'm staying, I try and get half an hour to 40 minutes in the gym, or sometimes I go for a swim.
The whole idea is to get something on a regular basis. Of course, table tennis was very special to me, because I grew up playing that sport.
