Ashapura Minechem Ltd.(down 3.90%), KIOCL Ltd.(down 1.86%), Madhav Marbles & Granites Ltd.(down 1.74%), Aro Granite Industries Ltd.(down 1.47%), Oriental Trimex Ltd.(down 1.33%), Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd.(down 0.91%), Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd.(down 0.82%), The Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd.(down 0.78%), 20 Microns Ltd.(down 0.68%) and Coal India Ltd.(down 0.37%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 146.25 points down at 22925.55, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 522.71 points at 75770.89 at around 11:15AM.
SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.87%), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(up 1.6%), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.43%), Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd.(up 1.33%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 0.89%), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 0.88%), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 0.74%), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 0.73%), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 0.51%) and Trent Ltd.(up 0.49%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
