Stock market update: Nifty Realty index 0.25% in an upbeat market
DLF Ltd.(up 1.15 per cent), Macrotech Developers Ltd.(up 0.6 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 0.45 per cent), Sobha Ltd.(up 0.3 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(up 0.27 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Phoenix Mills Ltd.(down 0.84 per cent), Oberoi Realty Ltd.(down 0.47 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 0.29 per cent) and Raymond Ltd.(down 0.01 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was 0.25 per cent at 941.60 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 50.85 points at 23254.05, while the BSE Sensex was 228.12 points at 76847.45.
