Bannari Amman Sugars Ltd.(down 9.54%), DCM Shriram Industries Ltd.(down 6.48%), Mawana Sugars Ltd.(down 5.23%), Bajaj Hindusthan Sugar Ltd.(down 4.15%), Dwarikesh Sugar Industries Ltd.(down 3.73%), Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd.(down 3.67%), Kothari Sugars & Chemicals Ltd.(down 3.22%), Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd.(down 3.17%), KCP Sugar & Industries Corporation Ltd.(down 2.88%) and Ugar Sugar Works Ltd.(down 2.65%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 123.05 points up at 22952.2, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 579.98 points at 75946.15 at around 11:10AM.
Axis Bank Ltd.(up 3.14%), HDFC Bank Ltd.(up 2.92%), IndusInd Bank Ltd.(up 2.07%), ICICI Bank Ltd.(up 2.07%), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 1.63%), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 1.56%), Infosys Ltd.(up 1.38%), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.05%), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 0.89%) and Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 0.72%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
