According to reports from ABC News and polling averages released by 538, Democratic Party is not in a good position at all in West Virginia, Ohio and Montana Senate races. As the Senate races and Presidential race bears the same result in most of the states, the West Virginia seat is all set to go in favor of the Republican Party.

A pretty close Senate race will be taking place in Montana where Democratic Senator Jon Tester is up against GOP nominee Tim Sheehy, reported ABC News. According to polling average done by 538, Tim Sheehy is ahead of fellow competition Jon Tester by merely 2 percentage points. Now the equation changes because if the Republican Party successfully ends up capturing the seats of West Virginia and Montana then GOP will have an outright majority of 51 to 49.
Democratic Senator Sherrod Brown is leading Republican nominee Bernie Moreno by an average of 3 points in accordance with 538’s poll average and thus Democratic Party has a better position in the state of Ohio. ABC News also reported that the Senate races and Presidential races of certain states like Nevada, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania will be very much significant as they are going to be very close.
