Multiple lawsuits have been lodged against Dr. David Pincus, who resides in an opulent mansion valued at approximately $3 million in Long Island and owns a luxury sports car worth $300,000. The legal actions accuse him of professional negligence in medical procedures as well as sexual misconduct.
One of his former employees shared with The New York Post that Pincus repeatedly touched her inappropriately, including grabbing her breasts, lifting her skirt to expose her underwear, and insisting that she sit on his lap while addressing him as «Daddy.»
She further alleged that after undergoing breast augmentation surgery performed by Pincus, he told her, “I have the right to touch you whenever I want. I made you, so you belong to me.”
Another woman, who was a former patient of Pincus, stated that she sought his expertise in 2021 for a tummy tuck but, without her consent or prior knowledge, ended up receiving a mons-lift—an operation she had never heard of before.
Following the surgery, Pincus allegedly informed her, «Your vagina was positioned too low, so I had to adjust it.»
The patient expressed her distress, explaining that she initially chose Pincus because of his seemingly flawless five-star ratings across numerous online platforms. However, her personal experience was drastically different. She now claims that she will need to spend an estimated $40,000 to correct the unexpected alterations made to her body.
