Ralph Ineson, the actor renowned for portraying The Office's Chris Finch, is filing a £150,000 lawsuit against Disney. He alleges permanent shoulder injury from a mishap while filming the Willow sequel for Disney+, where he, in the role of knight Commander Ballantine, faced off against a nine-foot ogre called The Scourge and fell awkwardly.
Ralph Ineson alleges that he injured his foot on some steps, preventing him from undertaking physically demanding roles. He is pursuing a compensation claim of up to £150,000 against Walt Disney Company Ltd, citing his inability to perform roles that involve fighting and horse-riding.

According to barrister David White, as stated in documents submitted to the High Court in London, it is alleged that Ralph sustained injuries while filming at night at The Gales at Dragon Studios in Bridgend, South Wales.
The claim asserts that he fell due to the inadequate raking of fake foam gravel, which obscured the steps.
In the document, David White explains, «The claimant caught his right foot on the step, fell, and landed awkwardly on his right arm.» He further notes, «The claimant felt the immediate onset of pain. He did not want to ruin the shot, so he stoically kept quiet and waited until the end of the shot, another 20 seconds or so, before speaking up and saying he had suffered injury.”
