Stock market update: Nifty Realty index advances 0.55%

Shares of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd.(up 3.13 per cent), Godrej Properties Ltd.(up 2.59 per cent), Phoenix Mills Ltd.(up 1.35 per cent), DLF Ltd.(up 1.07 per cent) and Sobha Ltd.(up 0.32 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.

On the other hand, Prestige Estates Projects Ltd.(down 1.99 per cent), Sunteck Realty Ltd.(down 0.06 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises Ltd.(down 0.05 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.55 per cent up at 1084.95.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 86.05 points at 24971.3, while the BSE Sensex stood down 318.76 points at 81501.36.
