Sam Asghari opens up on Britney Spears, their marriage and post-divorce life
Sam Asghari has reflected on his seven-year relationship with pop icon Britney Spears, calling it a “meant to be” love story that ultimately ended in divorce.
Speaking on The Viall Files podcast on February 12, Asghari opened up about how he met Spears, their time together, and his thoughts on some of her recent controversies.

Asghari, 30, first met the Spears, 43, while filming the music video for her song ‘Slumber Party,’ in which he played her love interest. The two connected instantly.
According to People, Asghari said they shared a very natural relationship. He recalled that they went on a sushi date after the shoot, which led to a long-term relationship.
Before Spears introduced him to her Las Vegas residency act, their relationship followed a typical course, with movie outings and quality time together.
