Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.(up 3.77%), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd.(up 2.19%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products Ltd.(up 1.91%), Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd.(up 1.71%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd.(up 1.30%), Gujarat State Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd.(up 1.25%), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd.(up 1.13%), Paradeep Phosphates Ltd.(up 0.99%), Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd.(up 0.91%) and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd.(up 0.90%) stood among the top gainers.

Sikko Industries Ltd.(down 20.01%), Agro Phos India Ltd.(down 6.49%), Rama Phosphates Ltd.(down 2.64%), Krishana Phoschem Ltd.(down 2.26%) and The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd.(down 0.74%) were among the top losers of the day.
The NSE Nifty50 index ended 13.85 points down at 23031.4, while the 30-share BSE Sensex closed down 32.11 points at 76138.97.
Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 3.39%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 3.1%), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 3.01%), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(up 2.38%), Cipla Ltd.(up 1.59%), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 1.49%), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.41%), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.27%), Bharat Electronics Ltd.(up 0.93%) and Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 0.82%) stood among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
