The Sharks, including Ritesh Agarwal, Namita Thapar, and Aman Gupta, were quick to see the potential in the young founders' business. A standout moment occurred when Aman Gupta brought attention to a viral video of a traffic policeman wearing an AC helmet, which offered a much-needed relief from the harsh sun. The founders revealed that the helmet was their innovation, further establishing their credibility.
Namita Thapar was the first to make an offer, proposing Rs. 50 lakh for 2% equity, along with a 1% royalty until the Rs. 50 lakh was recouped. Not to be outdone, Ritesh Agarwal quickly countered with a more aggressive Rs. 1 crore for 3% equity, prompting Namita to adjust her offer to 1.5% equity. Meanwhile, Aman Gupta offered Rs. 50 lakh for 2% equity, later modifying his deal to 1.5% after further discussions.
